Customers do not visit this page as part of signing up — the live opt-in happens inside the lead form reproduced below.

Where opt-in happens

Customers opt in to receive text messages from Leva Sleep by submitting an instant lead form on Facebook or Instagram (Meta) after clicking one of our ads. Meta instant forms are displayed inside the Facebook/Instagram apps and do not have a public URL, so the complete form is reproduced below exactly as every customer sees it. The SMS consent language and checkbox are presented together with the phone number collection, immediately above the Submit button — the form cannot be submitted without the consent section being displayed.

Key facts about this opt-in

  • The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and optional — the form can be submitted without checking it. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a response.
  • Customers who do not check the box are never sent text messages.
  • This program sends transactional/conversational messages only — automated follow-up about the customer's own inquiry (their personalized sleep recommendation, appointment and call reminders, and replies to their questions). We do not send promotional or marketing broadcasts, so there is a single transactional consent checkbox and no separate promotional checkbox.
